Jim has over 35 years continuous experience as a licensed REALTOR working full-time in the Boulder residential market. He has been a member of the Boulder area REALTOR Association since 1967. He has consistently been one of Boulder's top producers throughout his career, and is Boulder's all-time top producing REALTOR. He has received Boulder's prestigious President's Circle Award every year since 1995 for being in the top tenth of one per cent of all Coldwell Banker Agents nationwide, and received awards from Coldwell Banker for being the first or second Top Producing Agent in Colorado for each of the last eleven years including #1 Team in Colorado in 2005.
