Jim Bodin - Boulder's All-Time Best Selling Realtor

		Ben has been in Colorado since 1972. He was in the Senior Management staff of a pioneering natural foods distribution company for 18 years. Ben works with Jim's team serving both buyers and sellers with genuine personal care and proven negotiation skills. He is the father of one daughter, and is an avid bike rider, hiker and traveler.


		Patrick joined the Bodin Team in 2005. A Colorado Native, he has called Colorado home for over 40 years. Patrick has practiced as a licensed therapist in the state and is excited to continue to work with families in the positive context of helping them buy and sell real estate. Patrick is a Coldwell Banker Certified Negotiation Specialist and has enjoyed working with buyers in our market. Patrick is married and his wife, Michelle, is also a Bodin Team member. The have three children, PJ, Alicia, and Emily.


		Mary has been selling real estate in Colorado for over 18 years. Her experience selling new custom homes comes from 5 years selling on site at upscale communities in the Boulder area. She works with both buyers and sellers in the resale market along with new construction. She has raised 2 children who attended schools in Boulder. She is keenly aware of the needs and stresses of relocating to a new area. Her joy is helping you through that process and finding you the right home.

		Abbe has been a Colorado resident for over 35 years, and is very familiar with the entire Boulder/Denver market. Her goal is to find the perfect home for buyers and assist sellers in making optimum profit on their property. She works well with both first time home buyers and the seasoned investor, and assists many re-location buyers as they arrive in the area. After many years as an entrepreneur and executive, she brings those same strengths and skills to her real estate career.

		Mr. Kingsford brings nearly fifteen years of diverse real estate experience to the team, dating back to 1992. It began with single family and multi family residential units in Grand Rapids, MI, Lexington, KY, Vail, CO and Boulder, CO. Since joining Coldwell Banker in 2001, Mr. Kingsford has become a Certified Premier Agent and has earned his EcoBroker designation, specializing in environmentally sensitive real estate issues.

		John has worked full time in Real Estate for over 13 years. His extensive experience working with all types of buyers and sellers puts his clients at ease and makes the process enjoyable. Wtih over 6 years of experience working for new home builders, John's strong knowledge of home construction helps him to better evaluate and identify his client's needs. Outside of real estate, John enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, and when time allows, skiing, mountain biking and traveling.

		David uses the latest digital equipment to take still photos of each listing. Additionally, he installs and removes yard signs, and insures that brochure boxes are amply supplied with brochures. He is married to Deborah, and is enjoying his new role of "Dad" to daughter Juleah.

		Deborah has worked for Jim Bodin since April of 1997. Daughter of Jim's, she has been involved in real estate most of her life. Her work includes many of the creative aspects of marketing new listings including coordination of digital photography, creation of brochures and flyers, advertising, Internet, and client follow-up. Her hobbies include gardening, camping, and cooking.
